Our representative asks the exact questions an estimator would, every time:

- Color or flake blend
- Slab condition — cracks, oil stains, pitting, or an old coating
- Prep needed — grinding, crack/oil repair, moisture concerns
- Timeline and access
What we need from you — once
So we quote to your numbers and never undercut you:
- Are you insured? (required — snap a photo, we read the expiry)
- Which systems you install, and what you can do in a day
- Your real price per sq ft by system + your minimum
- Your guarantee and any upsells (with exact prices)
- Your prep rules — e.g. what "cleared out" means to you
- Your availability through the week

For each homeowner we pick the best fit across everything: their area, the exact day they need it, price, any extras, and overall quality. If a customer needs it Tuesday at 8 and you're booked, that one goes to another pro — but when you're the best fit, the job's yours. The more you offer — keen pricing, more services, an upgrade or discount, great reviews, open dates — the more jobs you win. We only work with insured, quality pros who show up every time.
